WHAT IS WUSHU?

Wushu means martial arts in Chinese and is derived from traditional Chinese martial arts styles including Kung-Fu and Tai Chi. It is an exhibition and full-contact sport that is growing in popularity all around the world and teaches the virtues of respect, self-discipline, and self-improvement.
